I hope it's not Samsung that settled. They are one of the big fish and with the Sandisk issue, an initial low settlement would be wasting future money.

Better to see a Casio, LG, Olympus, etc as the first of the big seven, excluding vivitar as we suspect from pacer filings they are not the one that settled.
