Samsung will own the CE market top to bottom

If true, then the initial payment and cross license would amount to a significant event and an 8K would have been filed as being material.

Since it has not, I am thinking that the amount and agreement is small as compared to what we may expect from a Samsung.

If we did settle, I still say we would have left a considerable amount on the table.
