I am convinced, and hope any of you out there in EDig land that have any business sense at all, that DM's effort on the settlement of the first infringer would have to be "large".......big....enormous.....gr... amount.....depending on the ability to pay of the company who settled.

IE: I think Samsung would be gone after for much more than a smaller infringer........Therefore could not make the case of paying much more because of the first settlement.
