I believe we do know there are two more infringers to be announced and that there is one more settlement in the works...but I might be wrong about that 2nd settlement and will defer to those who attended the meeting.

So news of settlement #1 coupled with either another infringer or two and maybe a second settlement all before years end would be a STELLAR performance considering it wasn't that long ago some were arguing as to the probablity of a shareholders meeting.
