I don't think we are talking about any specific company. I agree a settlement with Samsung would no doubt be very large, but if the initial settlement is Olympus, it could very well be small.

The 180+ fish are sized from minnows to sharks, we don't know who the initial setlement was with.

DM is looking at the total and in total they stand to make perhaps hundreds of millions if we believe what RP stated. The first one could be 1 million but that would not deter tham from continuing.
