IMO it was probably part of the settlement.They probably offered x amount and we probably came back with a higher number but included the rest of the patents.Just a guess, but I think tier 2 is suppose to yeild a greater dollar amount so maybe we only settled for the patents included in the law suit. Without actually seeing the settlement It' anyone's guess how it was worded.

Again maybe we should ask RP I doubt that the number of patents in the settlement would be against a NDA.
