Times change, circumstances change but I can tell you right now with no equivication that WB, RP, and FF would laugh at an offer that low at this stage of the game.
EDig has EVERYTHING going for it right now. Settle two or three more lawsuits with the biggies for substantial sums, announce just a simple sale of eVu's to "say a hospital" or the like and the "settlement" figure you stated of $4.00 to $6.00 will look puny.
With that likely scenario why would RP..etal...even think about selling out? They are looking for much bigger "fish"
