An idea that displaces the status quo methods of bit stream delivery in and out, while not needing status quo tracking methodologies.....with yet a host of complementary API to dive and complete the process.

What is the value of displacing the DRAM methodologies that were normally associated with CE?

You have to understand and appreciate what is taking place here technically.
