And you have failed to take DM into consideration. They have a huge state in all this and they are not "long suffering" EDiggers. They are a professional law firm, used to standing back and seeing all phases of any project they are in.

They took EDig on contingency....That says it all to me.....DM is not anticipating a few million here, a few million there. With all that has been presented to them I believe they have coldly calculated much more than we or RP have imagined.

That being said, should an APPle offer $10.00 for EDig do you not think DM would be examing that proposal from every angle and attempt to come to some conclusion as to why an Apple would make that offer.

They would obviously see there was much more than met the eye and, I believe, would reject the offer. AND DM HAS THE POWER to squash any sale of EDig that did not maximize it's anticipated profit.
