My observations are as follows:

The 09/25 announcement from LG will be reported with the 10/1 thru 12/31 qtr because it takes time to decide how to report and book the deal, it was just an announcement to let the entire world that our IP is valid and ligit.

Any reporting will de delayed until after 11/4 because people are busy with the election and the state of the econony now. politics wise we are between the devil and the deep blue seas, economy wise the credit and the housing bubble is plaguing peoples minds that they do not have the time to do their DD or even think about any investment now they are worried now about keeping their houses and putting food on the table. so to our advantage it is better to delay any money repoting or other infringers settlements until at least the political agenda has been decided.

Suspense is a killer but sometines no news is good news as the saying goes.

Also patience is a virtue, you put your money in a bank CD and you watch it grow at 4% or so, but in the end your principal remains holding its value, so will Edig it will hold its value in the end, but our reward will be in say 4 years the most, consider each infringer as 1% earnings times 180 and see your reward, and this is at the low end.
