THERE IS NO HOURLY BILLING AT ISSUE BETWEEN EDIG AND DM SO FORGET ABOUT HOURLY BILLING..

As to the LG settlement it will be distributed as follows:

Let us say "X" is the amount of the settlement which include cross-licensing agreement between LG and EDIG...

"X"--costs advanced= "Y"

DM gets 40% of "Y"...

EDIG gets 60% OF "Y"...

Now, if some contend that the cross-licensing value would amount to the 60% share of EDIG, I suppose that is "Possible" but highly unlikely...

1) There are serrious ethical issues involved with a scenario where the attorny hogs all the funds for themselves...

2) EDIG would be stupid to agree to such settlement, as they need funds to get their eVU and other bussiness show on the road...

3) RP would not be at the bank opening savings account?...Lol...
