As we approach fiscal Q4, it shouldn't be too long before we know if EDIG will outperform last years record year in revenues. Should that happen, EDIG will likely be in the black with a host of new infringers in the cross hairs.

And, if the settlement numbers show any sign of increasing, the potential grows that much more dramatic, considering they have close to 200 infringers.

From the looks of things, with the first two infringers a done deal and the next five looking likely to follow suit, that reality will raise some interest and the share price.

Few we optimistic enough to imagine two settlements done within 8 months of the filings.

There is no reason NOT to be optimistic at this point.
