I'm guessing it was because of a personal remark and not an alternative view.

Here is an alternative view for your consideration.

My wife says, show me the pps that will make us some return on our investment. She says I have been putting my money into this pit for 10 years and most people don't even stay married for ten years.

The positive thinking will become a reality when we see a price uptrend that makes all of us a profit, until then it is wishful thinking, and that gentlemen is how my wife feels about this money pit; The over zealous attitude is crap until she sees a 3-5 times profit gain, like she has generated in her real estate investments over the last 30 years.

I can't argue with her reasoning.
