I'm not the biggest baseball fan, but I think the batting average is 1.000, isn't it?

Anyway, someone earlier said it looks like there is a seller dumping 1000 shares at a time and that was the reason for the steady decline in price. Although I haven't been posting lateley, it hasn't been me.

Glad to see #2 is done... (reached a settlement agreement).

I think DM is "loading the bases" before the Markman hearing... so I can see why the first settlement went for 'pennies', when all the patents were thrown in.

If I only had 13 cents after the pounding my portfolio (outside of EDIG) I'd buy another share at these prices too!
