The rest of the first seven mean ole copy cats are likely in negotiations, IMO. Maybe, DM is holding back on one of these to use for a Markman win. Of course, we don't KNOW, but filing additional suits could happen in the next 90 days as it seems DM is pushing. That's just my guess based on the timing of the first two.
