Bow's attorenys saw the light and advise BOW accordingly. Their case is set for trial early 2009, and BOW had to choose being a "Customer" or an "infringer" of the worst kind, who intentionally violated EDIG patent rights and could get stuck for Punitive Damages on top of any damages EDIG could blackboard...
