Settlement #2 and settlement talks with digecor...

I'd guess that digecor could be looking at owing EDIG money in this settlement to avoid effecting their digeplayer business, past, present and future.

EDIG acted in good faith, and delivered despite Maycom. Discovery may have led to EDIG recognizing it had a good case that it would probably never would have pursued had digecor not gotten greedy.

At most, EDIG recognizes $80K still owed to digecor that it intends to get from Maycom.

I'd love to see what they are asking digecor for in the counterclaims.

The story continues, but uptrending bigtime !
