many of the reasons that EDIG is down is this nuisance lawsuit that Wencor put on in an attempt to bully EDIG into giving up as much of EDIG's tech as Wencor could get away with. Sunpoop's talk with R.P. speaks volumes about the possible outcome from this very damaging event to EDIG. Brokers typically shy away from buying stocks that have ongoing litigation for obvious reasons. I believe that because of this damage to EDIG, if they prevail should be in favor of EDIG. Meaning, I believe it would be reasonable for Wencor to end up paying EDIG for a license fee and court costs, I would hope at the VERY least? This according to the information we all have here, should be the end result. Anything less would be suspect about this whole ordeal and lead to the fact that maybe EDIG got themselves into hotwater with a lax agreement years ago. If the prior happens it will be a HUGE weight off EDIG and I would expect the interest both in their tech and the stock to be dramatic. EDIG's whole image would shift and these settlements will have alot more dramatic effect on the share price when they happen and amounts are disclosed. Time will tell. I'm not sure if they will "wrap" this mediation up in one day, or that it will be announced immediately when it does conclude, but never the less to me this is and has been the biggest risk factor in EDIG's story for quite awhile now. I would hope that with EDIG's new found confidence (early million dollar settlements) that they stick it to Wencor and DO NOT hold out for anything less, more would be great! mguru
