With everything going on, something will eventually kick the share price up. I think just one more IP settlement before 12/31 would make the anticipation and speculation leading into the 2/15 10Q pretty darned interesting. A settlement with digEcor sure wouldn’t hurt either. I’d be happy to see an agreement that effectively pays for all of the company’s legal costs during this mess - regardless of how it’s actually worded or structured. If they do actually reach an agreement today, then it seems possible or even likely to me that they’d issue a PR (and/or an 8K?) as soon as tomorrow. That would be nice to have going into any future announcements.
