I must be mistaken in interpreting the info we have at this time. I know we precipitated the action against these alleged infringers and I suspect we got some money, but weren't we more interested in cash settlements and obtaining royalties from licensing our IP? If these things tend to produce X-licensing agreements, isn't it a legitimate question to ask who got the better of the deal? We know what EDIG has....how do we calculate the value of the other company's IP?

Will we ever know?
