RP did say "serveral hundred million" dollars to the coffers of EDig after all is said and done. No hint, no maybe's.......SEVERAL HUNDRED MILLION.....looking at everyone at the SHM...

RP did say "the first infringer to settle" would get the DISCOUNT and chided me when I "harrangued" him about only getting $1,600,000 from LG an extremely large world wide company. He did not indicate ANY parameters on what the next settlements would be. I have to believe it depends on just how much an infringer used 774 but from his "words" these settlements should be higher.

In fact RP was quite effusive and finally said to me after my tirade, "Frank we have a great future ahead of us and quite close" (believe what you will)

RP also said, (almost exact words) that more infringers will named, 20 or so, by the end of the fiscal year......That's March 31....

However the way things are moving along I would expect that to be sooner.
