I would suggest that It is possible EDIG may use the cross-licensed Tech, to create "Models of New Products" to be manufactured and marketed by OEMS.

On the other hand I doubt highly that EDIG would set up shop to be the "Manufacurer and seller of widgets" to the electronics markets of tomorrow...
