You said...

"The path to the "promised land" is to ENCOURAGE others to make and sell product and get paid per unit. Short-term it's OK for a one time settlement. Long-term we need royalty payments."...

The company has been trying to plugh this road for 10 years I know about, without much syccess...

Do you remember all the "Multibillion dollar OEMS", and we are hitting "Home Runs" statements by then CEO FALK?...

Unfortunately, the paradigm shift that was represented by EDIG tech was no more than a FLASH, (pun intended), in the pan, causing the rise to $24 dollars per share in 1999-2000...

In retrospect, the world was not ready yet for the FLASH based computing science. There were still a lot of 20K, 36 K Gateways to be sold, and Intel could still make a lot of money selling Centrino and other chips that were made cheeply in China, India and sold to Dell, HP, ect. to use in their Lap tops...

10 years later and we have my little little Blackberry Storm Cell Phone which retailes for $499, and I ended up paying $149 less $50 rebate for, which has more computing power than my poor dead 9 lb. bulky Inspiron 7500 Laptop from DELL that I paid $4000 for few years ago...

EDIG Business PLAN has always been to follow the model "A" which was to sell its Tech. to OEMS to make the products and pay it royalties. After the initial "EXCITMENT" by the ICONS of the industry such as INTEL, TI, MSFT, IBM, HP, SAMSUNG, SONY, FUJITSUE, ECT., they all came to the same conclusion that there was no compelling reason to "FAST FORWARD" the budding computing industry to FALSH based, smaller, and more "Powerful" hardware, paying royalty to EDIG, and cutting the rug from under themselves by causing major dislocation in the exsiting Tech Indusrty...

So, now we are down to PLAN "B" if you will, which is to sue those who have benefitted from infringing on EDIG Tech; do it in different "Tiers"; and generate funds to expand the existing eVU, and have it produced and sold directly to customers.
