You are right on target. A year ago all we had was the Vivitar suit filed.

Today we have 3 settlement announced with 5 more outstanding suits, as you well know.

I think we can count on 7 of 8 with Vivitar being the only real question mark due to their unusual set of circumstances.

The next biggest event, the way I see it, is the announcement of the next round of infringers....will it be one year after round 1 was announced?

If EDIG can bag all 7 of the March '08 group, then the next grouping will set the stage for '09-'10.

I like this low hanging fruit concept happening rather rapidly.
