when vivitar was sued back in 2007 and the magnificent seven in march 2008 no one was expecting any settlements and we all were excited to see the markman date, but now since we started to see the money rolling in even thou is is few but steady we started to speculate who is next and how much and who is next?

point is in 2008 the year 2010 was far away. in 2008 the seed was planted in 2009 the seed will become a tree and in 2010 this tree will bear the fruit and we all can enjoy the sweetness and the reward of that fruit that we all have been waiting for.

I guess time will tell may be it was not meant for us to have a slice of the pie but rather have the entire pie.
