Someone recently noted on this board that in fact DM does have some conflicts of interest and that a different law firm will be representing EDIG in some cases shortly. I believe this insight came via communcations directly with EDIG.

I have been wondering if we could uncover whether DM is currently representing some large IT firms that may be targtes, such as Apple, TI, or Intel, for starters.
