What's desperate is, in light of all the positive developments for EDIG for over a year now, one shareholder's grip on seeing only negatives on a change in management.

It could have been a personality confilct, a different view on company direction or any number of things that caused developments to occur.

I'd be concerned if Putnam, Falk, Cocumelli, or Polis left....
