Message: I just had a lengthy phone conversation with Robert Putnam

silversurfer, you stated:

"And just what will happen if EDIG does hire a new law firm in addition to DM. The new firm and DM will obviously face each other in court or there wouldn’t be a conflict of interest requiring the new firm. My guess is DM would advise their client it’s in their best interest to settle since they are intimately familiar with EDIG’s patents."

My interpretation of the DM conflict of interest is that DM would refrain from any courtroom representation, i.e., for EDIG or their other client. Else, conflict of interest.

In this scenario, EDIG would have to hire another law firm, as would DM's other client. DM would have to stay on the sidelines.

LL / others, please correct me if I'm off base with this opinion.
