I know for a fact Panasonic sells products of their own that have infringed. Some of their cameras and camcorders use removable flash and record audio. If Panasonic does acquire Sanyo, they wouldn't be an infringer IMO based on Sanyo products since we have a pending licensing agreement with Sanyo, but would based on their own products.
