If the DM 'conflict of interest' scenario we discussed is, in fact, accurate, wouldn't that affect the list of companies that DM/EDIG can bring to court?

Based on this 'conflict of interest' scenario, anyone DM represents would never be on the list of companies that DM/EDIG can bring to court. Unless, of course, DM ceases to represent that client.
