Maybe I was unclear, what I meant was we all take information in and view it through own "shade of sunglasses". I'm happy with my sunglasses as you obviously are with yours, I don't see mine any less based on facts, and like was stated earlier it will either happen or it wont.

My question was not about DM in particular, it was how many of the recruits with "like" education had actually become a partner in a firm of DM's size or larger? Seems on the face of it that number would be significantly smaller.
