Hell YES ! What the heck have I been saying for 10 years? LOL

The best part is having been able to build a large position over time, mostly at these levels while taking hits from every NNN having a bad day or off their meds....and I'm still buying because it's so cheap and has yet to reach anywhere near its potential.
