I would think DM is focused on trying to maximize their return. This appears to me to be a relatively easy process for them since Nunally laid it all out. With DM's expertise greasing the wheels through the process, 5 settlements in 5 months appears rather efficient.

I see no reason to not ramp it up and extend cases into other venues if necessary since most are choosing to settle well in advance of any trial dates.

"SEVERAL YEARS"....not decades....so I would expect to see the next round increase in numbers substantially...hopefully at least a double, if not more.
