As it said in the FORM 3 ,these are EXERCISABLE OPTION TO BUY 400,000 shares at 23 cents in july 2009 , and 750,000 shares at march 2010 from option offering of the year 2004 and 2006.
This indeed is very interesting at this time in view of FRED FALK as president andchief executive officer of company for exercising these options in above dates.
