Am I the only accountant on this board that can read financial statements?

94% of Accounts Rec = $2,137,965 X .94 = 2,000,000

The third Patent settlement of 2 mil was not collected as of 12/31/08

Three settelments in 9 mo revenue

1.6mil + 1.65mil + 2.0Mil (done right at the end thus the large AR balance on the balance sheet. = 5.25 Mil lic revenue to date.

Now some of you are saying the whole 3.65 mil Lic revenue this quarter is for one customer.

That would make that one payment from one customer 60% of the 9 month revenue.

You guys are saying e.Digital lied when they said Revenues from three customers comprised 33%, 27% and 26% of revenue for the nine months ended December 31, 2008.

Please don't confuse AR for Revenue, read the 10Q and if needed seek professional help.
