I agree with all the points put forth by Richard except for the same one you disagree with. #3. I would definitely like to see a company as large as and with the prestige as Samsung go all the way to a Markman, with a slight variation.... If EDig and DM settle with Samsung for $25,000,000 because I think that would be close to the figure (if not more so) that Samsung would be liable for if/when they lose at trial.

Could you imagine what the future infringers would be faced with if that occured? I am being fecious but upon receipt of the lawsuit against them I do believe we would see a reply to the lawsuit with something along the lines of.....(My company agrees) Where and when can we deliver the check? Is today too soon???
