I believe the claim that was made in the "no prior art" refers to the process in which EDIG 'manipulates' FLASH in order to acheive the result. I'm not too technical when it comes to this. Doni has posted quite a bit regarding this and I believe he has mentioned that EDIG's process has no prior art.
