I think the lack of the name of the company was extremely poor and reflects in how the market reacted to it. I can see the terms of the settlement being withheld but not the name of the company. Some say you can figure it out. Really? If you watched how this same game was played with Patriot(PTSC), after every signing the price actually went down the terms were withheld. In this business climate, investors do not want to deal with unknowns.
