Well Samsung is the world's largest supplier of flash memory and THE major supplier to Apple for most all of it's flash-based ipods and I believe iphones.

If we make these guys our Markman target, the world will certainly have to take notice and much anticipatory investment will take place based on the previous 6/6 settlements from previous filings against smaller but significant infringers.
