Markman for the Samsung case is scheduled for February 2010 - certainly worth waiting for if we WIN! This bit of news has made my weekend. I hope DM is fully prepared to go the distance with these guys; because if they can prevail against Samsung, then ALL fruit will be hanging significantly lower. Samsung was also my number one pick before any infringers had been named; so while they weren't the first, they may just turn out to be the most important.

If you believe that DM is committed, prepared, and knows what they're doing, then this is really great news folks!

Hopefully we get news regarding the digEcor case and a new round of infringers before the end of the month.
