I've been at a conference for the past few day and there is certainly a lot of catchching up to do here...Go away for 3 days and it takes 5 hours to catch up...

I think we have Samsung right where we want them. I think, and of course my opinion, we went to Samsung and our setllement offer was off the wall purposely as it was pointed out earlier...this is no Tier 1 company in my eyes...

I also agree with LL, as I'm concerned about Q1, maybe even Q2 of fiscal '10 as to revenues. I hope that we get some new filings quickly...Its obvious they are coming, just hope sooner then later as I dont know what to expect in this market with EVU sales...

But before that, we have Q4/end of fiscal year '09 which is going to be very promising so we can worry about the beginning of 2010 when we get there...
