i agree. this seems to be the plan. samsung was chosen. huge precedence could be set with award because there is so much infringement by samsung, obviously knowingly. a big award could help with larger simple quick negotiations with fish big and small down the digital stream. the fact that all others named with samsung have settled makes you feel pretty good about our chances. this little company is going through some very exciting times. go edig!
