The thing that STANDS OUT in the article you posted was the following:...

All I could think of, aren't we lucky that the Law Firm that gave us the MARKMAN CASE, was at least 75% positive about taking EDIG case on a Contingency Fee basis, so as we don't have to worry about the little old EDIG spending $300 million paying the attorneys...Lol...
