"at least EDIG patented the technology involved in putting the pieces together for removable flash memory (regarding voice at least), not just the idea."

LL....very good......keep in mind, that image was noted back in 1996. The original pieces(version) allowed the abilities to enter into a predefined file at any data segment allowing for a robust editing, where, subsequent advancements allowed for absolute versatility as an OS, and a hierarchy structured environment way beyond the robust editing.

Now all you have to unequivocally remember, or give thought to......it's serial!!!!!!

It's because this is a serialized and patented process that makes this all sooooo important.

There are multitudes of parallel processes involving cross point memory architecture and addressing, there are multitudes of simple serial memory processes....but when it comes to serial memory addressing having any real versatility......the industry is going to trip all over this process.
