If you have cars behind you...move over you certainly wont get a ticket for doing that. You've made my point exactly. As for speeding? Either join the police department or let them do their job. Seems that most highways in Texas are very lucrative for their counties on any given day (Although I wish they would go after the really bad drivers and not just the speeders).
