I received a call from a local friend this AM alerting me to the news. Totally dumbstruck! I went online last evening about 10 pm to update myself and of course at that point there was nothing noteworthy. Voila! It's amazing what a good nights sleep and a summary judgement can do for your demeanor.

Wow! This is without question the best news we've had in the last several years. Thank you Silversurfer for your continued due dilligence and thoughtful insight. I bet eDigital is beside themselves with glee after this ruling. I'm not entirely sure they will announce anything until after the hearing on the 23rd of March but I'm certain they are aware that those of us following the Pacer trail know what is going on. It should be interesting to see how the shareprice responds to this on Monday. I have felt that the current shareprice has a Digecor apprehension factor built in. This ruling for all intents and purposes removes the air of apprehension. To my way of thinking there is no downside to owning eDigital at this point in time. Let the good times roll!
