I would guess digEcor will settle before the trial. They've lost HUGE decisions and BOW's lawyers will tell him if he goes to trial, he'll lose. Remember, it's a bench trial meaning only the judge will hear the case, not a jury. The judge has already ruled in favor of EDIG on the big issues (CA law governs the 2002 NDA; provisions 1, 4, 5 and 6 of the 2002 NDA are void and invalid allowing EDIG to compete in IFE; digEcor's exclusivity rights are limited to technology which contains random block encryption (RBE) which the eVU doesn't use).

BOW is done in this case IMO...LL, Gil or FLEagles can confirm.
