IMO they'r partially responsible because they'r recording voice data via a mic hand-held encasement onto SD and probably internal editing.

Mgnt said they won't garner any cross-licencing benifits until such time they're used in the future.

So imo no, but it could be construed as that, since they settled for the whole portfolio.
