I'm standing firm on my observation that Casio is the only one noted as to having settled with the whole portfolio and the others are FlashR only.

Keep in mind, noted in the Samsung case....because there is a limited number of claims allowed in bring a case foward....e.Digital has stated, that they are not wavering their rights because of this rule, in bring future infringement against Samsung for the balance of claims not allowed in this initial case.
