Quite frankly, we don't know a tier one from a tier two. I don't think the company has designated the difference clearly enough...and we don't even know who makes up the 184+...so what, we can't speculate?

We don't know. With those sued to date, there is a cross over.

But we can make some educated guesses. I don't see Apple as being in the same category with a Texas Instruments...unless DM categorizes by numerical value.

To speculate an Apple with a SAMSUNG is more than a reasonable guess considering SAMSUMG is already a known target and Apple is one of their main customers.
